My Only Car Key Broke In Half

My car key is broken.

My only car key broke in half. I went to get in my car this morning and i noticed that about 2 3 of the key has snapped off i have the other part of the key with me and when i put it back together it looks ok again would it be possible to get a key cutter to make a decent enough copy from my two halves. There is no way to fix a key that has broken in half so that it functions perfectly and is also not in danger of breaking again in that same spot after a few uses. With both halves of the key they will fix the issue by making a new key. Half the key is stuck inside the lock.

Can the half stuck answered by a verified mechanic for honda. How can i get this sorted out. If not what am i meant to do. If it is your car key that broke in half you may be a bit stranded.
